Are you having difficulty accessing your account because of a problem with your Login/Password ?

Check following for Login:

1. The Login must be at least three (3) characters long.
2. The Login must begin with an alphabet.
3. The Login may contain lower case alphabets (a-z), numbers (0-9), dash (-) and underscore (_) but; no spaces or special characters.

1. The Password must be at least six (6) characters long.
2. The Password may contain upper case alphabets (A-Z), lower case alphabets (a-z), numbers (0-9), dash (-) and underscore (_) but; no spaces or special characters.
3. The Password is case sensitive, make sure your <CAPS LOCK> key is properly set.

Are you using a browser that doesn't support cookies, or do you have cookies disabled ?

Your browser must support cookies, and the option must be enabled to accept cookies OR you must agree to accept cookies during the login process.

Steps to enable cookies in Internet Explorer 5.x:

1. Click Tools, and then click Internet Options....
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Click the Internet zone.
4. Select a Security level other than High.

   Click Custom Level..., scroll down to the Cookies section, and then click Enable for both Cookies options.

Steps to enable cookies in Internet Explorer 4.x:

1. Click View, and then click Internet Options....
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Scroll down to the Security section.
4. Under Cookies, click Always accept cookies.

Steps to enable cookies in Netscape Navigator 4.x:

1. Click Edit, and then click Preferences....
2. Click the Advanced Category.
3. Under Cookies, click Accept all cookies.
